• Retainer

A non-refundable retainer of $750 (half of my $1,500 day rate) is required to reserve your session. This amount applies toward your final cost. For multi-day bookings, only one retainer is required to secure all consecutive days.

• Rescheduling & Cancellations

At least 7 days’ notice is required to reschedule. Retainers may be transferred once; cancellations or no-shows will forfeit the retainer. A new retainer will be required to book again.

• Consultation Validity
  Consultation notes and quoted rates are valid for three months. After that, a follow-up consultation may be needed to confirm details.

• Estimates & Pricing
  All quoted session numbers and timelines are estimates. Skin type, detail level, and placement can affect the final outcome. My goal is always to deliver the highest-quality work without cutting corners.

• Design Process
  Designs are custom and story-driven. Minor adjustments can be made at your appointment, but major changes may require rescheduling and a new retainer. For the best results, I ask that design discussions remain between artist and client only—no outside opinions during the process.

• Artistic Freedom
  By booking, you’re trusting me to bring your vision to life with my professional judgment. I may suggest adjustments to ensure longevity, placement, and artistic impact.

• Artist’s Right to Decline
  I reserve the right to decline or cancel a project if it does not align with my work or values. In these rare cases, retainers remain non-refundable.

• Intellectual Property
  I retain full ownership of all tattoo designs. Designs cannot be taken to another artist or used without my written consent.

• Touch-Ups
  Touch-ups are rarely needed, but in cases where they are, they will be scheduled and billed separately.

• Payment & Fees
  Sales tax (7.25%) and any processing fees for card payments will be added to your total. Cash is preferred.

• Studio Etiquette
  Please arrive rested, hydrated, and nourished. Avoid alcohol or blood-thinning substances 24 hours before your session. One guest may accompany you, but please keep in mind the space is focused and intimate.

• Age Requirement
  All clients must be 18+ with valid ID.

• Tattoo Hours
  Thursday & Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM, though sessions may extend later depending on progress.
